Ideas
- Donor Engagement: Dedicated section on our website where we field all Qs and ideas publicly and respond publicly.
- --> if need be, to keep cheap, could be simply another typepad blog which always has a post called Questions/Comments at the top, and those are captured in the Comments. Each question becomes a separate blog post. (I, personally, think this is VERY powerful and VERY important)
- --> there's a greater risk if we DON'T do this than if we DO. More opportunity than risk.
- --> especially important for PFM as our ministry model implicitly possesses high fundraising ratios
- Prison Fellowship: Section on site which solicits ideas and questions --> helps org understand needs, customer demand
